- Identify as a female or minority founder
- Are headquartered in the Southeastern United States
- Have a product or service already in market
- Have paying customers and demonstrated market validation
- Are building a scalable business with significant growth potential
- Intend to pursue an acquisition, strategic exit, or other liquidity event that can generate investor returns
- Operate a technology-enabled product or service, or leverage technology as a meaningful part of the business model
